Park Place Technologies CEO and leadership

Hal Malstrom is a Chief of Staff at Park Place Technologies and is based in New London/Norwich Connecticut Area.

Parlee is a seasoned information security leader, most recently serving as Director of Information Security at VMware Carbon Black where he led strategic information security efforts including architecture, engineering, and risk mitigation. He also served as Head of Information Security for the Cognex Corporation and as a Security Engineer for the MITRE Corporation.

As Chief Information Officer, Michael leads the delivery of technology initiatives to improve Park Place’s internal and customer-facing capabilities while ensuring the globalization and security of Park Place’s systems as the company continues to expand.

Michael comes to Park Place with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Most recently Michael served as CIO for Cardinal Health at Home, where he was responsible for all segment-specific IT initiatives and the creation of a new digital front-end for the B2C portion of the business. Prior to Cardinal Health, Michael was the CIO at Matrix Medical Network, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Matrix, Michael drove the digital transformation of the business through the growth of Matrix’s IT capability and implementation of key IT projects that enabled the company to grow revenue at a 3x rate over three years.

Michael is a Georgia State University alumnus with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. He and his wife, Beth, have two daughters and are avid hikers.

As CFO, Andy will oversee Park Place’s overall financial strategy, including reporting, capital allocation, and treasury. Andy brings nearly 30 years of experience to Park Place Technologies. He most recently served as CFO of Valtris Specialty Chemicals in Independence, Ohio, where he successfully led a team of 30 people through financial planning and analysis, credit market activities, private equity sponsorship, board relations, and mergers and acquisition diligence and integration.

Andy’s previous positions include CFO for ERICO International Corporation, in Solon, Ohio, where he served for more than a decade, and Controller for Chart Industries, Inc., formerly headquartered in Garfield Heights, Ohio. He began his career after graduating from John Carrol University and serving as auditor for Ernst & Young in Cleveland.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer leads Park Place’s marketing and communication teams with a focus on growing the Park Place Technologies brand as the global leader in data center third-party maintenance and support.

Jennifer brings over three decades of marketing and brand development experience. She has spent time on both the client and agency side. Prior to Park Place Jennifer was the Founder, COO of Antidote 360 and EVP, General Manager at Doner Advertising. Her client side experience includes past positions at Marriott International where she served as SVP, Global Brand Management where she repositioned and optimized the Marriott brand portfolio. Jennifer began her career at Nestle USA as a Management Trainee and held several positions during her tenure at Nestle including Brand Manager, Lean Cuisine and Director of New Ventures for the Nestle Ice Cream Division.

In her spare time, Jennifer is an avid cyclist and gardener. She is an active community member and on several boards including The Cleveland Film Commission, The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center and The Cognitive Health Institute. Most recently Jennifer co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Board of FutureVision, a not for profit organization founded in memory of her father, promoting medical innovation and the visual arts.

Jennifer is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City and the proud mother of two sons.
