The successful Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities will lead a multi-faceted academic organization. This position will manage a wide variety of majors, both graduate and undergraduate, online, blended, and on-ground. This position will be an effective communicator, collaborator, and strategist, responsible for retention and persistence efforts to grow the college.
