MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY The Bleach Line Operator, under immediate direction of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for the operation of the bleach line and all related supporting equipment SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Line Operation:
Open cotton bales and position them into the Blendomat according to a predetermined blend and laydown mapping.
Starting/stopping the production line and all supporting equipment.
Operating bale presses, wiring/wrapping bales and relocating the waste and finished bales to designated locations.
Weigh and create bale labels for finished bleached bales.
Closely monitor bleach line support rooms (filtration, boiler, pump house and chemical areas) for irregularities and address as required.
Perform required testing of fiber and finish/chemical levels.
Enter shift production details in designated spreadsheet.
Report any fiber quality issues to Shift Supervisor, QA Tech & Supervisor, and Plant Management.
Assist Lead Mechanic with required maintenance and cleaning.
Other duties as assigned
Housekeeping:
Keeping the department and equipment clean by blowing out, washing, wiping down and sweeping as required.
Remove all trash, bags, bale wires, straps from area and recycle where possible.
Return all working materials (brooms, tools, hoses, etc.) to proper area when not in use.
Recycle all clean cotton back into the production line where applicable.
Keep scales and desk area clean and neat
Safety:
It is necessary for employees in this position to work in a very safe way to avoid work-related injuries.
All machine safety guards should be in place and equipment doors should be kept closed and in operating position at all times the machines are running.
If employees notice any safety concerns, this should immediately be brought to the attention of their supervisor.
Must use all required PPE for each task associated with job (some PPE that will be required for various tasks: ear plugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, face shields, chemical gloves, cut resistant gloves/sleeves, chemical resistant apron etc.)
This position will require the ability to understand the usage of various chemicals within the process, the safety hazards associated with each, and the appropriate handling procedures and required PPE.

Job Description
The Manager, Cost Accounting will support the performance management of multiple manufacturing operations at the Kinston, NC facility. This position will be responsible for aspects of forecasting, monthly close, compliance, reporting, performance analysis, and special projects as they arise. This position will also play an integral part in the standing up of new manufacturing operations at the Kinston facility. This role requires the ability to work effectively individually and in teams within a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities across functions and levels throughout the business. Responsibilities:
Leads the preparation and review of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and operating plans.
Oversees and manages the monthly close the books process and ensures accuracy and timely completion.
Reviews and approves assigned journal entries and account reconciliations and substantiations.
Completes the assessment of monthly financial performance, including root cause analysis and highlighting performance improvement areas to the operations team.
Lead the finance function in the integration of new manufacturing operations at the Kinston facility
Performs profitability assessments on product lines, customers, capital investments, and other business decisions.
Performs financial modeling and trend and sensitivity analyses.
Oversees the maintenance and accuracy of standard costing.
Prepares and coordinates capital expenditure requests as well as participates in long term capital planning.
Supports physical inventory and other asset control.

Purpose:

Supervise and mentor the maintenance team at night in support of production needs. The role requires acute reactive and proactive planning to reduce unplanned downtime to zero. This position will work together with the first shift Maintenance Supervisor and Planner to implement the department's goals in support of the Kinston operation.

Responsibilities:
- Works with our independent retail and local builder partners to create best-in-class consumer experiences instore and online, while driving sales and increasing brand desirability.
- Responsible for executing the strategy across all of Shaw's brands and customer groups (i.e. Shaw Flooring Network and other buy groups). Main KPI will be to establish and deliver the brand's financial targets within the geography.
- Deliver consistent brand experiences to our key independent retail customers and their consumers through effective creation and management of strategic co-marketing plans, sell-in plans, advertising, marketing and promotional assets, digital marketing, and online content that support the sales goals for Shaw brands and deliver on the Shaw brands' strategies and annual plans.
- Work with internal sales team and customer to develop and execute specific customer annual co-marketing plans and supporting creative, including detailed budgets aligned with Sales, and advertising plans focused on digital marketing tactics and aligned in timing with both the retailer and Shaw plan. Plans should bring to life Shaw National Brand strategies/plans on a local level, as well as deploy promotional plans from our buy group and Shaw Flooring Network teams.
- Measure and evaluate ROI through sales and promotion effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, including reporting out results by customer quarterly, with a heavy focus on ROAS for digital media. Manage and track annual marketing spend and effectiveness of spend by customer.
- Manage co-op/BDF funds with our customers to ensure they are used effectively.
- Continuously optimize the online consumer experience through trade partner websites, including website content management processes, online product demo strategies, retailer website consumer ratings and reviews management, and digital co-marketing campaigns
- Establish regular cadence of meeting with key customers' marketing department to plan, measure, and continuously improve.
- Fully support the marketing needs and requirements of key product launches across brands by leveraging Brand content and working with Sales, Digital and our Training team to ensure a robust launch at each customer.
- Travel within the United States is required, both within the geography (primarily) and to headquarters (Dalton, GA)
- Preferably located in Philadelphia area. Potential options for near a major airport in the region that makes direct flights possible.

Job Description
The Rep, Customer Service II reports to the Supervisor, Sales Operations Builder. The Rep, Customer Service II is an individual contributor role responsible for addressing customer needs by ensuring that tasks and order requirements are accurately detailed and completed on time. The Rep, Customer Service II will collaborate directly with the Builder, the MasterBrand field team and Subcontractors to resolve any customer issues that may occur.

YOUR ROLE:
Answers calls and responds to all customer communication within two business hours of receipt.
Creates service work orders in Salesforce for warranty appointments via phone, email, or web-based communications from customers/homeowners and schedules accordingly. Checks the warranty calendar for availability and makes entries accordingly.
Tracks construction schedules through verbal, electronic, or hard copy communications with the superintendent. Collects schedules as required by the Builder on a regular basis to stay updated with changes and ensures alignment in Salesforce.
Communicates scheduled completion dates with Customers for scheduled service appointments.
Addresses and resolves incomplete services, warranty issues, quality inspections, and installer debriefs. Completes service work orders in Salesforce.
Acts upon all internal Salesforce communication requiring additional service trips and processes accordingly.
Ensures that parts are confirmed and appropriately staged for technicians.
Diagnoses and prescribes solutions to resolve customer concerns.
Works with the Field Service, Sales, Builder, and Sub-Contractors to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
Enters customer orders and quotes using our designated systems.

The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring all cabinets and components meet company and customer quality standards throughout the production process. This role will involve inspecting materials, monitoring production lines, performing product testing, and documenting quality findings to maintain compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished cabinets to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
