**_2nd Shift_** **_Tuesday - Saturday_** As a Penske MaintenanceSupervisor you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep your customers happy. Regular duties include coordinating, scheduling and auditing of vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to tractors, trucks and trailers.
You will be involved in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure that our highly skilled workforce is able to meet customer expectations.
Preferred candidates will have at least 3+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance experience overseeing technicians. Minimally qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics. This is a great position to grow into a leadership role with Penske - and you don't need to be a mechanic.

**Qualifications:**

- Associates or Tech School degree preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web based applications preferred
- The associate will be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
- The associate must be able to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies; including but not limited to the correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practice.

What the Fleet Manager role looks like:

Job Summary:
IMC Outdoor Living, a subsidiary company of Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Maintenance Manager. This position will manage the maintenance team and assume responsibility of ensuring the team performs quality repair and maintenance to the company's manufacturing equipment and facilities while maintaining safe and efficient operations throughout the plant.
You will play a critical role, who will effectively and efficiently communicate, facilitate, co-ordinate, and prioritize all maintenance activities to ensure all equipment is running at optimum efficiency assuring production schedules are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
Provides direction of personnel to maintain safe environment including proper training on equipment and the use of safety equipment.
Initiates continuous improvement activities to reduce operating costs, increase through put, and improve efficiencies and safety.
Ensures good communication and relations between maintenance staff and other departments.
Executes a comprehensive preventative maintenance program which exceeds manufacturer's requirements.
Supervises department to thoroughly and efficiently repair machinery when needed.
Will be required to perform maintenance functions and troubleshooting.
Initiates and manages improvements which decrease downtime or improve efficiencies and safety.
Maintains adequate spare parts and maintenance supplies. Research vendors for best value. Is responsible for ensuring that budgetary goals are met within the department.

Fisher Dynamics is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance associate on 1st Shift at our Saint Clair Shores, MI facility. This person must be experienced in 480V, and is responsible for assisting the maintenance department in all areas of facility maintenance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance
Assist in maintenance repairs
Equipment, Building and General Housekeeping
Run errands as necessary
Communicate with coworkers to carry out job duties
Drywall/plaster repair and painting
Furniture assembly and relocation
Changing lights and/or fixtures
Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation
Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops)
Facility safety inspections
Roof repairs, point of entry repairs
Concrete and asphalt paving inspections and repairs
Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing
Grounds - maintain exterior walkways, stairs, patio, fences, lawn care, fences, gates, etc.
Assisting with maintenance, repair, and safety requirements
Ability to work with 480 Volt power
Run conduit for power runs
Run pipe threading machines
Ability to hook-up new machinery
Various other duties as required by the department.
