The Digital and IT Functional Specialist (Level 2) is a key influencer in the strategic vision and roadmap implementation for the technology area(s) and business functions they support. Position Summary

* Manage and exercise discretion over the on-going repatriation of capital through distributions from foreign subsidiaries, in cooperation with the Corporate Tax department.

* Manage and exercise discretion over worldwide FX hedging program, interest rate exposures and cross currency swaps.
* Manage and exercise discretion regarding matters related to t preparation of material for Executive Management and the Board of Directors, as required.

* Manage and exercise discretion in matters related to the global debt portfolio, including SEC filings, negotiation and execution of global syndicated credit agreements, trade Letters of Credit, maintenance of U.S. Commercial Paper program, and inter-company loan portfolio.
* Manage and exercise discretion in matters related to developing, planning, recommending, executing and monitoring optimal capital structure for the consolidated entity, and the placement of debt in both U.S. and International capital markets.
* Manage and exercise discretion in matters related to planning and executing financing and treasury integration for acquired companies.
* Manage and exercise discretion in corporate capital allocation matters including dividends, stock repurchases, and acquisitions and divestitures.

Repair/replace damaged air, chemical, water and hydraulic hoses/pipes on machine and measures, cuts, threads and installs new hoses/pipe.
Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems, replace as needed.
Aligns and adjust components on machines to improve or correct machine functionality and part quality.
Moves machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
Sets up and operates metalworking tools such as lathe, drill press or grinder to make or repair parts.
Braze, weld, cut, solder and metalize as required to effect repairs
Test all repairs and installations for accurate functionality and proper performance. Record all work completed in the company asset tracking software, communicating issues, parts used and need to restock components to Maintenance Supervisor.

* Three years related machining experience. Able to work with limited guidance in a team environment.
* Able to make machine set ups.
* Reads and follows blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions.
* Has working knowledge of machine shop mathematics, may include trigonometry.
* Able to effectively apply lean initiatives.
* Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
* Interprets reports and uses job specific software applications. Able to use employee self-service systems to access on-line information and use specialized automated systems (i.e., PMR, TORS, e-mail).
* Effectively demonstrates team member competencies and participates in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
TYPICAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time. The team member is required to demonstrate manual dexterity and use hands to operate machinery. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Also expected of the team member is regular attendance, and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
