Our Chemical Production Operators are key to our growth and are responsible for the mixing and blending of liquid and powder chemical raw materials into a finished product. No previous experience is necessary!! Training will be provided!!!
If team members are performing at a satisfactory level, they receive a 5% increase at the end of the 90-day probationary period.
2nd Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday
2nd Shift team members receive a $1.75/hour shift premium.
Responsibilities
Operators will be expected to:
* Adhere to all safety and quality policies
* Follow safety standards, work standards, processes, procedures and batch/manufacturing card directions
* Work with various types and sizes of mixing and blending equipment, machines, tow motors and lift assist equipment to load, unload, mix and blend production batches
* Clean equipment
* Package the finished product
* Understand and follow processes and procedures; be diligent weighing and adding raw materials according to instructions; and accurately & thoroughly complete paperwork recording key information
* Be committed to continuous improvement by suggesting updates to processes and procedures for the department
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Must be committed to working safely and producing high quality products
* Committed to teamwork by being approachable, respectful and willing to help others
* Ability to understand and perform processes across various production department(s)
* Willing and able to work 2nd shift
* Ability to drive a forklift
* Ability to wear a respirator, climb stairs, and safely carry materials up to 50 pounds
* Capable of reading and understanding written instructions (English) and/or procedures and able to comprehend any regulations pertaining to our industry
Non-Mandatory Qualifications:
* Forklift/Tow Motor experience
* 1-3 years production and/or warehouse experience
* Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
* SAP experience beneficial
* Ability to perform light maintenance on manufacturing equipment
* Basic knowledge of chemistry such that chemical reactions taking place in the production of products is understood

Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $61,000.00 to $101,600.00.

As the Healthcare Account Manager (HCAM) you will penetrate all assigned accounts and develop relationships to achieve profitable revenue growth within your assigned geography in the San Diego metro area. Responsibilities:

Track and analyze territory and channel partner sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly

New customer acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities at new accounts using CPC's sales processes to specify our product solutions into customer applications

Collaboratively work with CPC's S&OP Team on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting/pacing needs
Work with Inside Sales Leads to determine appropriate channel path for new and existing leads
Work with internal and external customers focusing on continuous improvement of processes
Remain knowledgeable and current on all products, markets, and technologies involved in the specification of CPC solutions
Attend industry events and sales meetings as required
