Summary:
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for strategic management of Divisional customer service operations within the order management process. Position will interact daily with customers, production, logistics, and sales staff to effectively meet customer service standards and support the Division's strategic initiatives.

Position Summary
The Associate Contracts Administrator drives accurate, timely order management and data entry to ensure on-time fulfillment to commercial aerospace customer contract dates. Owns end-to-end order lifecycle activities including significant order entry, schedule changes, portal management, demand planning inputs for S&OP, customer communications, and PO/contract validation and analysis. Supports low-complexity contract administration primarily through compliance checks, documentation, and coordination, with minimal negotiation responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform high-volume, accurate order entry and maintenance:
* Enter and validate customer purchase orders against existing agreements (POs, BCAs, LTAs).
* Execute schedule changes, holds/releases, and acknowledgments; maintain clean order backlog and audit trails.
* Manage customer portals for order intake, updates, confirmations, and document retrieval.
* Execute PO/Contract validation and analysis:
* Confirm pricing accuracy, delivery schedules, and basic terms compliance with company policy.
* Flag discrepancies and route for internal review/escalation; maintain complete, organized contract files.
* Monitor order performance and communicate proactively:
* Track order status, aging, and delivery commitments; provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Research and resolve order-related issues (e.g., repair reports, shipping documents, returns) and close the loop with customers.
* Support demand planning and S&OP inputs:
* Prepare and maintain demand plan inputs derived from customer orders, schedules, and trends.

* Maintain metrics and reporting:
* Produce daily/weekly reports on order entry accuracy, cycle times, backlog health, on-time release, and exceptions.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal Supervision will act as the lead in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for insuring accuracy in SAP at all times. · Pull kits and split them as required using the system base kit pull procedure.
· Scan kits to the G drive and pull shortages to make sure they are complete.
· Count all the material coming back from the line to unsure the system is accurate.
· Maintain box build areas organized and all their kan bans full of material.

· Cycle counting of any area.

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure 100% on-time delivery.
* Establish build readiness.
* Maintain efficiency of capacity and customer sizing.
* Maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
* Maintain material control and liability.
* Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into Jabil's ERP system, including Purchase Order (PO) coverage.
* Reconcile the MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to ensure that Jabil is not exposed over and above customer PO coverage or other authorized customer demand.
* Ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.
* Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
* Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without additional support.
* Analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the Workcell and customer based on accurate customer demand.
* Maintain the workcell's capacity planning model; drive resolution on uneven capacity utilization that keeps Jabil focused on the customer but efficiently utilizing manufacturing resources.
* Meet daily with the Workcell and manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
* Maintain the customers' latest contract on file at all times and be familiar with the terms and conditions of the contract regarding customer liability of material planning and production scheduling. This includes the liability window for Jabil material purchase order placement, purchase price for components, and liability for any in-house materials (purchased and manufactured).
* Be the workcell's "expert" on all planning activities by supporting the Production Planner goal of never starting to build product without having a valid PO, adequate material quantities, and accurate BOM and an accurate routing.
* Lead the Workcell on the creation of Bills of Material (BOMs) and routings that allows accurate tracking of WIP assemblies and accurate inventory movement transactions.
* End-of Life (EOL) management should include chairing a meeting 30 days prior to the last planned build date to create tactics to support the EOL strategy. The Master Planner would own the build schedule, corrections and resolution of MPS to customer demand, planned tactics on deadlines for assemblies out of the various work areas on the floor, deadline for last shipment, and support plan for potential RMAs.
* Manage Jabil purge process for internal Workcell purges.

+ Mentor and train team members on plating procedures, chemical safety, and proper assembly practices.
+ Ensure the plating room and assembly area are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition in accordance with 5S and regulatory standards.
+ Package and prepare finished heater systems for shipment once plating and assembly steps are complete.

+ Experience using hand tools and measurement devices (crimpers, cutters, calipers, micrometers).

Overview
This Sr. Contracts Administrator position is a critical individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Division Contracts Director. In this role you will drive contract lifecycle excellence for moderate‑complexity programs-defining requirements, leading proposals, negotiating pricing/terms, and ensuring performance and compliance. This role is also responsible for order management activities and serves as the primary customer point of contact.
Essential Functions
* Administer specialized and major contracts: review POs, delivery schedules, pricing, and terms; ensure compliance with basic and long‑term agreements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Technical Field from an accredited institution with a minimum of 7 years of power systems controls experience OR a Master's degree in Engineering or a Technical Field with at least 4 years of power systems controls experience.
* Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
