Prior to joining PIB Law, Chris was a legal operations and business solutions consultant where he assisted Fortune 100 general counsels and legal departments with operations and strategy. Formerly, Chris was the Executive Director of Outside Counsel Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co., responsible for designing and negotiating AFAs, legal spend analysis, rate negotiations and competitive selection. He was the first head of an LPM and Analysis team for an Am Law 100 law firm where he counseled law firm partners on portfolio and significant matter pricing and project management. Chris started his legal operations career at GlaxoSmithKline, a pioneer legal department in managing external legal spend. He is a veteran of the United States Army and Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
