Depending on the position you are in, each day can be different. Family run for three generations. The company is stable, has many long time loyal employees and a lot of opportunity and growth.
Can be some long hours, especially in November and early December. Long time employees can mean you need to wait for their retirement in order to get to the top.
The beautiful work they do is very satisfying.
Nathan is sharp, hard working family guy. The leadership team in most cases are excellent with decades of experience.
Hire more top quality people.

Every day is different, some great people to work with, and interesting projects
Culture is a work in progress, moving in a better direction though. Hours get hectic during the holidays.
Generally pretty flexible with schedule
steady work if there is no environmental event or financial downturn.
Insufficient pay (even after 15 yrs w/ co.) If there is a local environmental occurrence or national financial downturn the possibility of personal pay raises stops & mgmt. will increase your work load after any crisis is over but not increase your pay for several years using crisis occurrence as reason (excuse) Also poor med benefits, offer several plans choices ( get no time to review choices) & co. pays half of least expensive plan. Employees are unable to receive actual plan costs & co. deducts employee share from ea. bi-weekly payroll even when employee receives 3 checks several mos. per yr. (suspicious). Many tech employees pad their hrs. which mgmt. knows & uses this info against all tech. The sins of some affect all.
Because I was reliable & client review were always good regarding tech, my only contact w/ mgmt was minimal.
