*Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist Opening-Swing Shift - Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY* Northern Dutchess Hospital of Nuvance Health, proudly joining Northwell, located just two hours north of New York City, is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner hospitalist to join its busy and growing program. Provides advanced nursing clinical care to patients in the VNS Hospice Care program consistent with VNS Health philosophy and standards of nursing practice in relation to VNS Health goals and objectives and improves hospice utilization for hospice eligible patients.
