Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible! Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department. Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $19.50-$30.00/hr plus. We offering part-time positions, starting at 20 hours per week. One weekend day is required and we are looking for Sunday availability. This is not a remote or call center position. Parker and Sons is the largest Home Service provider in the Phoenix Valley, and we are looking to bring on new team members to join our continually- growing Retail Team at 44 locations throughout the valley!
