Maintain contract databases, track compliance, and ensure proper execution of agreements. Conduct legal and regulatory research to support attorneys, compliance, and business leaders. Summarize findings into clear reports, memos, and guidance for decision-making. Assist with corporate filings, intellectual property documentation, and form management. Support policy development, training materials, and compliance manuals. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to implement legal and policy requirements. Act as a liaison between Corporate Counsel and business operations, providing general in-house legal support. What We're Looking For Associate or Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred. 3-5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and confidentiality.
