Cons of working at Parkland Hospital
The culture is not as nice as it seems. Favoristism is a very big here. Take it from experience for who is reading this review. This is a place to get experience but not to be valued as an employee. Once you start becoming a problem, you will lose the respect of your coworkers and your bosses ( not leaders ). My advice would be to use this place as a stepping stone for your next move and then move out as soon as you can.
