Overview
Crocs is seeking a Brand Experience & Activations Coordinator to join the Americas team. The Brand Experience & Activations Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and operational management of brand events and activations, in-store experiences, tradeshows, and wholesale programs. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, providing critical project coordination, vendor support, and administrative oversight to ensure activations are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This individual will act as a key execution partner, helping translate strategy into action while keeping projects organized, communicated, and moving forward across teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
* Support the implementation of seasonal, product-focused, and event-based brand activations across retail, wholesale, pop-ups, and experiential environments.
* Assist in managing activation timelines, task lists, and deliverables from concept through installation and post-launch.
* Coordinate internal communications with Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Retail teams to ensure alignment of activation details and deadlines.
* Prepare creative briefs, project decks, timelines, and recaps to support activation planning and execution.
* Liaise with external agencies, fabricators, and vendors to track production status, approvals, and delivery schedules.
* Support on-site execution for key activations and events, including install support, troubleshooting, and teardown coordination as needed.
* Collect photos, feedback, sales data, and performance insights post-launch to support reporting and analysis.
* Maintain organized records of activation assets, specs, vendor contacts, and historical documentation.
* In-Store supporting such as brand presentation initiatives within account partners, including shop-in-shop programs and flagship installations.
* Assist with fixture ordering processes, including ordering and inventory tracking.
* Coordinate logistics related to fixtures, graphics, and visual assets, including freight tracking and delivery timelines.
* Support management of third-party field merchandising agency by organizing visit schedules, reports, and photo documentation.
* Review and organize store visit feedback and execution reports, flagging issues and opportunities for follow-up
* Help maintain visual merchandising standards and toolkits in partnership with internal teams.
* Support planning and execution of tradeshows and key internal meetings.
* Assist with coordination of booth assets, graphics, samples, lighting, and furnishings.
* Track production schedules, freight timelines, and vendor deliverables to ensure show readiness.
* Support on-site show execution.
* Coordinate post-show feedback, photos, and findings to support future improvements.
* Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to activations, fixtures, and events.
* Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status updates to support visibility across initiatives.
* Help ensure projects stay aligned with scope, timelines, and approved budgets.
What You'll Bring to the Table
* At least 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, visual merchandising, event marketing, or related fields.
* Familiar with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground execution.
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
* Willingness to travel and support on-site installs and events.

Maintain supplies and keep records of activities.
Caregiving (On-Call)
Assist with personal care (ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders (as directed).
Step in as needed to cover shifts, ensuring smooth continuity of care.
Must be able to safely lift and transfer up to 5075 lbs, including assisting with repositioning and changing bed bound residents.
Demonstrated ability to perform physical caregiving tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs and providing full assistance with bed bound resident care.
Requires the physical capability to lift, move, and reposition residents (up to 75 lbs) and to perform personal care for individuals who are bed bound.
Qualifications

The City of De Pere is seeking a Recreation Supervisor (Specialty & Youth Programs). This position is responsible for the leadership, planning, and coordinating of all youth-centric and specialty recreational programming throughout the city to carry out the Parks and City recreation services. They will provide for safe and sustainable recreational opportunities for residents and the general public and ensure effective and efficient operations.
The typical work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. However, the City of De Pere recognizes the importance of its employees having a proper work-life balance and supports alternative work arrangements which include alternative work schedules, flexible scheduling, and remote work to help meet your lifestyle needs. In addition, new employees receive three weeks of vacation time and four floating holidays per year beginning on the first day of work (prorated the first year).
Salary: The full salary range for this position is $72,904 - $104,166, plus excellent benefits package. The anticipated starting salary is $72,904 - $87,484, depending on qualifications. The City of De Pere rewards employees for exceptional work performance with a pay for performance incentive program. Responsibilities
* Represent The Salvation Army in a manner that brings glory to God.

* Responsible for collecting and receipting program fees, per Salvation Army policy and program requirements.
* Ensure that the proper procedures are followed with handling / exchanging of money within our facility.
* Ensure that all volunteers, including referees and coaches, fill out the appropriate paperwork to receive a background check per Salvation Army policy prior to working within our facility.
* Responsible for statistical reporting for all activities and turning them in on a monthly basis.
* Ensure that all requirements pertaining to any grants are adhered to.
* Responsible for proper securing of the building at all times. This includes security checks, both inside and out, regularly while the Community Center is open.
* Assist with monitoring/sending children to Kids Café.
* Monitor activities in the gymnasium, game room, computer lab and elsewhere in the facility.
* Seek to protect all those who utilize our facilities, ensure safter standards/practices (Keep Safe).
* Responsible for maintaining / repair of equipment and inventory with proper approval.
* Responsible for maintenance / cleanliness of gym (gym floor free of dust and debris) , common lobby areas, locker rooms, game room and other areas (equipment/games put away and trash picked up). Report any maintenance needs immediately to the Operations Director.
* Provide support to staff and implement necessary evaluation.
* Attend community events, at the direction of the Corps Officers.
* Assist with the overall Christmas effort including driving for kettles as requested and necessary.
* Assist with any other projects as assigned by the Corps Officers or Operations Director.

Essential Activities and Tasks
Care Management and Service Delivery - 80%
* Provide quality activity programming to residents.
* Interacts with residents to ensure that quality care and positive resident/staff relations are taking place.
* Maintains open and trust-building relationships with resident family members, responding professionally and promptly to any requests or concerns.
* Reviews resident concerns/complaints and maintains written record of action taken.
* Acts as community liaison, speaking about program services to various audiences. Seeks out and secures new, revenue-generating opportunities, and referral sources.

* Addresses concerns from Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey.
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management - 20%
* Maintains and reviews all charts, notes, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules, regulations, and standards applicable to program services.
* Keeps informed on licensure, certification and reimbursement issues in order to anticipate/implement necessary changes in the facility's practices and to maximize the facility's position on those issues.
* Maintains the confidentiality of resident information and honors the residents' personal and property rights.
* Assist the Quality Assurance Committee in determining and assuring on-going quality activities services and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
* Participate and monitor clinical assessments of the MDS.
* Develop and oversee written plans of care (preliminary and comprehensive) for each resident and assure that all activity progress notes (and plans of care) are charted, informative and descriptive of the services provided and of the resident's response to the service.
* Keep abreast of pertinent information through reading, attendance at workshops, seminar and continuing education courses.
People Management and Development
* Supervises Activities staff.
* Fosters a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates employees.
* Interviews, selects, and orients new direct reports.
* Defines, establishes, and promotes performance expectations so direct reports understand and demonstrate excellence through high quality and consistent performance.
* Evaluates job performance of direct reports in accordance with the company policy and procedure and provides developmental guidance to staff for improved performance and growth.
* Monitors accountability with organization requirements prescribed by the Employee Handbook. Documents and engages employees who are routinely not observing these requirements in an effort to achieve compliance. Works with Human Resources when circumstances arise that necessitate further documentation and intervention.
* Participates in the development, planning, scheduling, conducting, and monitoring of in-service training programs, on-the-job training, and orientation programs for departmental staff.
* Ensures that there is a reasonable and sufficient plan for staffing should a direct report be absent or a direct reporting position be vacant.
* Responds timely and thoughtfully to questions, requests, and work product from departmental staff that has been provided for review and approval.

Qualifications
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Bachelor's degree in recreation, art therapy, or a related field preferred.
* Current unencumbered designation to practice as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist preferred.
Experience
* Two years experience in a long-term care, hospital, or other related healthcare setting required.
* One year supervisory experience preferred.

Assists in evaluating programs, offers recommendations for improvement and actively participates in debriefs for program revisions.
Demonstrates organizational skills including verbal communication, problem solving, and conflict management.
Drives Park District vehicles to transport equipment and/or program participants as required.
Assists in maintaining equipment and program materials.
Inspects and performs light maintenance.
Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
