Regularly review and update activity plans to align with participant preferences and effectiveness. Document evaluations and care plans promptly, upholding integrity in all records. Conduct audits and assess treatment effectiveness, revising plans as needed for quality care. Participates in quality improvement activities. Provide care across various settings, supporting participants' independence and performing home visits as needed. Educate participants and caregivers on adaptive activities and modifications. Manage activity areas, supplies, and budgets with integrity and attention to order. Collaborate with the IDT to develop and implement personalized care plans. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
