Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Associate at Omada Health, you'll work with internal stakeholders to schedule, build, launch, and report on consumer-facing campaigns in Braze. You'll be directly responsible for guiding end users throughout their Omada journey from Day 1 of their program through messaging (email, push notifications, and SMS). These campaigns will require advanced data analysis and attention to detail. Beyond your weekly campaign work, you'll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft and scale our efforts.
Working with the Marketing Operations Associate Manager to plan, build and deploy high impact campaigns, you'll work cross functionally with Omada's Product Team and Omada Health as a whole to build/execute test strategies, advise on campaign deployment, maintain campaign success and member satisfaction. Successful messaging is integral to reaching Omada program members and helping them be successful in this journey, notifying them about new program features, lessons and more.
Your impact:
As a Marketing Operations Associate at Omada Health, you'll work with internal stakeholders to build, QA, troubleshoot and launch campaigns through Braze. You'll also be directly responsible for understanding the complex nature of our data structure to better drive campaign success. Beyond your weekly campaign work, you'll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft and scale our efforts.
Working in tandem with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan, build and deploy high impact campaigns, this role is extremely important to Omada Health as a whole. Successful messaging campaigns through email, app push notifications, and SMS are integral to a seamless user experience.
You will be successful in this job if you have:
Have 2+ years of marketing automation experience in Braze
Project Management Skills: you are able to work in a fast paced environment and manage your time and projects without dropping deadlines
Previous experience building and executing on complex test designs
Database management expertise: you are comfortable working with data to manage distinct contact lists/segments
Experience with marketing and project management tools- Braze, Asana, basic data analysis, data manipulation and analysis in spreadsheets

Conduct on-going surveillance using Center of Disease Control (CDC) infection criteria, documentation, and investigation of nosocomial infections through review of admission diagnoses, microbiology culture results, isolation orders, patient records, consultation requests, post-discharge surveillance, and autopsy findings. Responsible for NHSN data accuracy and ensuring deadlines are met. Works collaboratively with Perioperative, Perinatal, SPD and other applicable areas to ensure appropriate processes are in place for patient safety and infection control compliance. Assess environmental control through surveillance of water supply systems as needed, air pressure relationships for high risk environmental monitoring. Conduct environmental rounds in all inpatient and outpatient care areas. Collect data on the incidence of selected device use in identified intensive care units. Participate in investigations of unusual hospital infection outbreaks utilizing the microbiology laboratory, consultation with Infectious Disease Division, county/state public health departments, and when necessary in consultation with the Center for Disease Control. Essential Purpose: Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged two to twelve years old.
Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.

Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
Develop appropriate age activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained not only in the Kids Club facility but also throughout the entire gym, including regular club walks and bathroom checks.
Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.

Required: Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment & techniques.
Preferred: Dry needling certified or willing to be certified through IDN upon hiring.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Support the clinical operations of the clinic (all aspects of patient care) & communicate with other staff members
Perform community outreach (business, gym & team workshops or treatment demos)
Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
Perform consults with patients (i.e.- reviewing health and medical histories & imaging; questioning, observing, and examining patients)
Evaluate patients using diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
Perform spinal & extremity manipulations where necessary.
Practice a variety of modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab (isolation exercises, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, functional exercises, etc.), dry needling, manual therapies (cupping, IASTM, PIR stretching, kinesiotaping), spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional & home care product support.
Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care, nutrition, etc. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
Building positive doctor-patient relationships
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
Recommend and explain details of the care plan to patients.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
