Pros of working at Parlux Fragrances LLC

I enjoy working with Retailers & my sales team to execute fun Sales Events & Promotions. I love educating consumers, staff & retailers on our brands & promotions.

Cons of working at Parlux Fragrances LLC

T&E budget has become non existent (outside mileage.) Much more goes into conducting events, promotions & retailer education than sweat equity- it requires Actual Equity which means the Sales Execs end up reaching into their own pockets for many of the expenses that were historically reimbursed. No company match for 401k, Health benefits now cost an exuberant amount with high deductible. No annual Sales Bonus.
