What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership.
Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies.
Participates in local branch events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks.
Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products.
Refer Members to other applicable lines of business (i.e., Travel & Financial Services) as deemed appropriate.

What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
As a DSP, you'll make a difference every day by helping the people we serve reach their personal goals and live meaningful lives. You'll be part of a supportive team that values respect, compassion, and teamwork.
Daily Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support with daily living skills, personal care, and goal setting.
* Create a safe and positive environment where individuals served feel supported and respected.
* Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and keeping the home organized.
* Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events.
* Advocate for individuals served and keep accurate documentation of services provided.
* Administer medications as directed (training provided).
* Support social engagement, recreation, and personal development.

Farm Hand - Equipment Operator

Pillen Family Farms is a family owned business located in Nebraska. We market approximately 2 million pigs annually. As a family-owned and family-focused farming operation, great care goes into everything we do. From family members to team members, to even our pigs we believe in treating others with respect and as part of our family.
Job Description:
* An independent person who enjoys the outdoors will appreciate the variety of tasks and responsibilities required with this farm hand position.
* Operating farm machinery (tractors, payloaders, road graders, skid steers, excavators, etc).
* Operating center pivots that are fed by diesel and electric pumps.
* Position will also require assistance with the following services to our area farms:
* Shredding
* Spraying
* Road grading
* Sewer line jetting
* Compost processing/spreading
* Mechanical maintenance of farm machinery
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license.
* General electrical/mechanical knowledge preferred.
* Job requires a fair amount of walking and lifting at times.
* 50+ hours a week with longer hours during pivot application season.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete assignments in a timely manner.
* Comply with all bio-security, safety, and animal welfare policies.
