Train and supervise ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.
Ensure personal and environmental safety in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Contribute positively to unit functioning, promoting a calm and efficient work environment.
Maintain communication with management regarding service needs and ensure resource availability.
Assume charge responsibility as requested after the orientation period.
Pursue professional growth through continuing education and self-study.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).
Minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience is highly desired.
