* Responsible for providing initial psychiatric and psychosocial evaluations. Uses professional judgment in dealing with serious and complicated cases.
* Provides ongoing group work and individual therapy for psychiatric and non-psychiatric clientele. Individuals included in the groups pose various problems such as suicidal/homicidal behavior, alcohol/other drug misuse/addiction, sexual offenders and other violent behaviors.
* Assist patients and families in utilizing available community, state, and federal resources toward the improvement for the social and physical health. Serve as liaison between community, state, federal agencies and tribal agencies.
* Plans and coordinates activities related to Discharge Planning. Assists patients and families in making arrangements to meet the ongoing health care needs post-hospitalization.

Education

Specialized Experience (for positions above GS-05): One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower level in the normal line of progression is qualifying for positions above the GS-05 level. Specialized experience is experience in a program of direct social welfare services that required the application of program policy and operations knowledge in providing social welfare services and/or assisting social workers
In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GS-08 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Examples Include: Provides initial psychiatric and psychosocial evaluations using in depth knowledge of normal and abnormal psychology, mental illnesses and their indicators. Provide ongoing group work and individual therapy along with follow-up services. Assist local community with organization projects to inform and alleviate social and mental health problems.
Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors.
The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
Requirements (to be considered you must have the following):
Computer with an internet connection
Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas)

This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary based on county and volume. Although you are paid per inspection, you will earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour.
Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.
No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: + Assist customers with questions and recommendations + Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
+ Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
+ Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
+ Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
+ Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
+ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

**Skills and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
+ Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
