Salary: Base salary of $52K - $69K a year, depending on experience + a lucrative commission structure. Sales professionals meeting expectations typically earn $100K - $125K annually, with top performers exceeding that. No cap on earnings.

The Millwork Contractor Salesperson executes all aspects of our sales call process and strategies, with primary focus on aggressive prospecting of new residential and commercial contractors. They will facilitate and coordinate business activities of accounts and executing PARR Sales initiatives. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with builders, general contractors, and framers which supports our vision to be the supplier of choice.
This person directly reports to the Division Sales Manager. They will interact daily with customers and office staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
Visit job sites to handle any issues that arise and ensure final plans are accurately measured
Read and interpret building plans provided by customers
Maintain detailed records and reports of related information on a job-to-job basis.
Precisely and efficiently manage their time and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with dispatch to ensure that they are not overpromising deliveries to customers
Accurately take in plans and submit details to the MES and/or EWP
Use the delivery schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow guidelines for proper GP%
Keep an elevated level of follow-through with orders - ensure inventory arrives, communicate with customers, etc.
Proactively set, reach for, and meet (or exceed) personal sales and profit goals
Communicate with a wide number of customers in the Residential Construction industry and help to sell and manage the timely flow of products to their jobsite
Demonstrate understanding of PARR's Mission, Vision, and FACE Values daily
Perform other related duties as assigned
The working conditions for the outside sales position are divided between time in an office with a desk and being out interacting with potential and current customers. Working hours are Mon-Fri between the hours of 7A.M. and 5P.M. with potential for some after hour and weekend events.

How You Will Contribute:

How You Will Contribute:
As a New Home Sales Consultant , you will cultivate customer relationships for on-your-land homebuilding, providing a positive and stress-free experience for the home buyer. Responsibilities Include:
Provide unparalleled customer service, and guide customers on the home building/buying journey.
Meet with potential buyers & guide them through the requirements needed to build a Simplicity Home on their lot(s).
Collaborate with customers and senior project managers in gathering important information from jurisdictions and utility providers to discover if their property is buildable.
Ensure information is accurately documented in the contract and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales.
Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in person.
Collaborate on an ongoing basis with the sales team, and present quarterly business plans to our builder partners in order to meet given sales goals.

JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibility for completing sales training and learning the necessary skills to become a Sales Associate or Consultant (minimum of three months training required).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and close Pulte/Centex products. Monitor and meet CSMS goals
Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor group

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in one of our Puget Sound Area communities. We prioritize an in-person culture with a typical schedule of five days a week, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with seasonal variations. Regular days off are either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday.

Job title: Millwork Contractor Sales
Salary: Base salary of $52K - $69K a year, depending on experience + a lucrative commission structure. Sales professionals meeting expectations typically earn $100K - $125K annually, with top performers exceeding that. No cap on earnings.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5pm
Location: Fife, Washington
The Millwork Contractor Salesperson executes all aspects of our sales call process and strategies, with primary focus on aggressive prospecting of new residential and commercial contractors. They will facilitate and coordinate business activities of accounts and executing PARR Sales initiatives. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with builders, general contractors, and framers which supports our vision to be the supplier of choice.
This person directly reports to the Division Sales Manager. They will interact daily with customers and office staff.
Qualifications
* 2 years sales experience preferred
* Prior experience in the building materials industry preferred
* Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to speak, write, and read English required
* Proven ability to develop relationships that translate into new business
* Ability to execute selling strategies and initiatives
* Being prepared for individual and group sales meetings
* Ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals
* Must be flexible to different personality types and work habits, knowing that goals may be achieved in diverse ways

Duties and Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
* Visit job sites to handle any issues that arise and ensure final plans are accurately measured
* Read and interpret building plans provided by customers
* Maintain detailed records and reports of related information on a job-to-job basis.
* Precisely and efficiently manage their time and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate with dispatch to ensure that they are not overpromising deliveries to customers
* Accurately take in plans and submit details to the MES and/or EWP
* Use the delivery schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
* Follow guidelines for proper GP%
* Keep an elevated level of follow-through with orders - ensure inventory arrives, communicate with customers, etc.
* Proactively set, reach for, and meet (or exceed) personal sales and profit goals
* Communicate with a wide number of customers in the Residential Construction industry and help to sell and manage the timely flow of products to their jobsite
* Demonstrate understanding of PARR's Mission, Vision, and FACE Values daily
* Perform other related duties as assigned
The working conditions for the outside sales position are divided between time in an office with a desk and being out interacting with potential and current customers. Working hours are Mon-Fri between the hours of 7A.M. and 5P.M. with potential for some after hour and weekend events.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
* Ability to work indoors in a normal office environment for an entire day
* Must be able to grasp, talk, hear, and operate a computer and keyboard
* Must be able to occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and carry objects 50 feet
* Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Both local and overnight travel may be required
