In the spring of 1882, William Dickson and his law partner Charles Stetson Varian moved their practice to Salt Lake City.
Parsons Behle & Latimer was formed in 1882.
Charles Varian served as his assistant and was also later appointed United States Attorney for the District of Utah in 1889.
Lee’s leadership and influence was still evident at the recent AJFA 20th Anniversary breakfast, where Parsons Behle & Latimer was named the largest law firm donor of AFJA for 2018.
