Able to provide analytical expertise to the ARNG Training Support and Range Support Programs. Program Oversight: assist in the execution of all tasks (Training Center Support, TADSS Data Analysis, Regional Virtual Training, and Sustainable Range Program). Ensure compliance with ARNG/FAR policies and deliverables (Monthly Status Reports, Quarterly Newsletters, and Trip Reports) Team Management: Oversee distributed team across TSCs; develop staffing, recruitment, retention, and knowledge transfer strategies; ensuring OASIS+ labor compliance. Quality & Innovation: Drive efficient TADSS operations, virtual certifications, and range initiatives; develop policies, procedures, and POIs for government review. This full-time position is at Location: Remote (Primary), with potential travel to Training Support Centers (TSCs) across the United States and Territories (e.g., Camp Atterbury, IN; Camp Shelby, MS; Camp Blanding, FL; and others). Travel up to 50% may be required for site visits, meetings, and program management reviews. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in business management is preferred.
