Parsons will consider remote/hybrid employees with the expectation of 75% travel to the NCR._** **What You'll be Doing:** + Provide recommendations to your Parsons team and the Government regarding contractor labor utilization, contractor workflow, and contractor operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall improvements to support this effort. + Represent SME contributions in meetings with stakeholders and technical leads + Review SME Outputs for technical consistency, compliance and alignment with program architecture + Coordinate the decision-making process between all program personnel. + Coordinate and conduct in-house contract personnel actions and provide guidance and assistance to contract personnel as needed. + Oversee project budgets and materials acquisition related to research under contract to ensure successful project completion. + Help define SME roles, deliverables and timelines in coordination with the program schedule + Maintain cross program situational awareness and ensure cross-team integration of engineering inputs to ensure total service quality and interoperability + Facilitate collaboration to align technical inputs with systems-level requirements and objectives + Act as the central point of contact between SMEs and leadership + Lead coordination and tasking of SMEs across the functional areas. + Identify cross-functional dependencies and help resolve technical conflicts **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (or relevant experience) + 20+ years of experience + Deep familiarity with FAA ATC or similar advanced electronic systems and services + Experience in systems and services design, function, and operational use of Air Traffic Control (radar, communications, telecommunications, automation and/or facilities) systems and technologies into an operational environment + Knowledge and skills in integrating new technologies for delivery into existing operations with critical equipment within an 24/7 operational environment with minimal systems or services interruption or degradation of safety + Skills and experience in requirements development, design, development, and delivery of new technologies while working across multiple companies who specialize in different technologies + Knowledge skills and experience in identifying and mitigating risks in development and delivery of new systems and services into other legacy systems and environments **What Preferred Skills You'll Bring:** + Master's degree + Specific knowledge of the FAA or other ANSPs mission essential or mission critical Air Traffic Control systems and infrastructure strongly preferred **Security Clearance Requirement:** None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
