Qualifications : * 20+ years of experience in managing projects that could include environmental, engineering, process improvement, operations, and management related areas. * Highly preferred to have "been the client". Prior experience working for a federal agency in a leadership role is desired. Civil servant service or active duty military experience while engaged in project management related to operations or missions support services is highly desired. * Personnel with proven leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills will be considered, provided technical/scientific/operational background is established through education and experience. * General understanding of the Global Command and Control System and/or the National Incident Management System is desired. * Enthusiasm for some travel and satisfactory driving record with current US issued driver license.
