**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Scheduling** **Manager** to join our team supporting our Federal client in the Washington DC area! In this role you will provide onsite support at the client office and ultimately lead a team of construction schedulers at multiple construction sites **.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Act as a Company representative with the client during the program execution.
+ Assist client to determine specific scheduling support requirements to execute expanding construction program including:
+ build and maintain a program-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which includes major milestones and deliverables from construction contractor project schedules
+ perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
+ monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
+ utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
+ act as scheduling subject expert and mentor the program scheduling staff
+ propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.
+ Mobilize company resources, through liaison with construction management resources in other offices, new hires or specialty subcontractors to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ 12+ years of experience directing and overseeing schedulers in support of multi-$M Federal client construction programs
+ BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
+ Developed expertise utilizing Primavera P6 and its earlier versions including its report generation capabilities
+ Highly experienced in preparing or analyzing Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) as it relates to time extension requests or claims
+ Direct experience developing and managing IMS for Federal construction programs, including experience with technical program management
+ US Citizenship required

+ Broad knowledge and experience executing construction project scheduling for Federal facilities and related infrastructure including: barracks, classroom/training facilities, marine docks, ship repair dry dock facilities, administrative buildings

POWER Engineers, member of WSP. is seeking a Project Manager in our Washington, DC office to manage engineering projects in our Government Services FSS Department. The position requires candidates to be US Citizens and may require them to possess a TS/SCI clearance. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to provide project management for design projects in the Federal market including mission-critical infrastructure design to include backup power, UPS, critical HVAC design, MEP design, transmission and distribution, power production, system studies, renewable energy, and related projects.

+ Model Development & Execution - Oversee the creation of high-fidelity models to simulate NAS systems, including Communication (Telco, VoIP), Surveillance (ASR-11, ADS-B, SAI), Automation (ERAM, STARS, TFMS), and Facilities (BIM). Ensure models incorporate key system behaviors, interfaces, and constraints, including latency, availability, scalability, and cybersecurity risks. Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and define data schemas, message sets, and performance budgets for modeled systems.
+ Simulation Execution - Lead the development and execution of simulations to test operational scenarios, stress conditions, and fault tolerance across NAS systems. Perform trade studies to evaluate design alternatives and optimize system performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs. Ensure simulation outputs are calibrated to lab data from FAA facilities, including the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC).
+ Analysis & Decision Support - Analyze simulation results to provide actionable insights for system design, operational planning, and lifecycle management. Develop statistical models and Monte Carlo simulations to assess system reliability, scalability, and risk mitigation strategies. Present findings to FAA stakeholders and support decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations.
+ Digital Thread Integration - Ensure models are integrated with requirements management tools (DOORS/Jama), test repositories, and verification evidence. Establish traceability across models, simulations, and FAA lifecycle artifacts to support gated reviews and certification processes.
+ Drive innovation in modeling methodologies, simulation tools, and automation workflows.
+ Develop modeling patterns, libraries, and scripts to improve efficiency and scalability of M&S activities.
**Required Skills:**

Your Key Responsibilities

**Job Description:**
The ATC Telecommunications SME serves as a senior technical advisor to program leadership, providing expertise in the architecture, modernization, integration, and sustainment of telecommunications networks that enable safe, secure, and reliable air traffic operations across the National Airspace System (NAS). This role ensures that legacy and next-generation network infrastructures meet FAA mission requirements for performance, resiliency, cybersecurity, and interoperability. The SME advises FAA leadership on strategic network transition initiatives, supports technical evaluations, and ensures compliance with FAA and international standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Advise program leadership on telecommunications network modernization, transition planning, and risk mitigation.
+ Provide subject matter expertise on current and emerging FAA network infrastructures (e.g., FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure [FTI], Enterprise Network Services [FENS], System Wide Information Management [SWIM]).
+ Review and evaluate contractor deliverables, architectures, and test results for compliance with FAA requirements, ICAO standards, and NAS performance objectives.
+ Conduct independent assessments of network performance, availability, security, and interoperability with ATC automation, voice, and surveillance systems.
+ Support requirements development, system engineering reviews, verification/validation, and operational readiness assessments.
+ Advise on cybersecurity, data integrity, and continuity-of-operations considerations for NAS telecommunications.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement, technical workshops, and knowledge transfer to strengthen FAA decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum of and typically 20+ years of related professional experience.
+ Recognized expertise in large-scale telecommunications networks, with experience supporting FAA programs.
+ Strong knowledge of NAS network architecture, FAA acquisition processes, and telecommunications standards.
+ Familiarity with IP-based networking, cybersecurity, cloud integration, and service continuity in safety-critical environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative technical advice and influence FAA program and policy outcomes.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
