    Job Details Albany-Academy Main-NRFS - Albany, NY Full Time $28.85 - $33.00 Hourly NoneDescription Senior Eligibility and Billing Specialist Available shifts between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, 8.50 hour work days with a half hour lunch - no weekends As a Senior Eligibility and Billing Specialist in the Finance Department, you will be responsible for eligibility review, authorization processing, communicate with providers and external billing company with tasks based on denial management, review and verification of documentation accuracy for billable services. You will report to the CFO until the Director or Revenue Cycle Management position is hired and trained. You will work onsite. Responsibilities: Review and verification of services progress notes to ensure that notes have been signed, submitted, approved, and coded that there is no overlap in billable service provision. Review reports for potential claims not billed that meet billing requirements and identify areas of concerns in reference to loss of billing revenue due to non-billed claims. Collaborate with all partners providing guidance handling complex cases. Lead the revenue cycle team junior staff on best practices, collaborative learning and shared resources. Lead collaboration efforts with providers and external billing company with tasks based on denial management, review and verification of documentation accuracy for services. Coordinate the administrative eligibility functions of intake for service, including assisting with the processing intent to serve notifications, verifying appropriate Medicaid coverage, notifying Managed Care Organizations (MCO), and enrolling our client and client's insurance information in the agency's electronic health record(s). Provide clinical and medical provider insurance credentialing assistance to credentialing specialist to ensure cross training of responsibilities for smooth revenue cycle operation. Run reports in the electronic health record to support service management in critical areas of authorization and billing and any other areas identified. Participate in monthly or quarterly meetings with MCO to review issues or concerns regarding claims, authorization or other critical issues as they arise. Lead revenue cycle review with assigned program(s) and department to review findings.     Job Details Albany-Academy Main-PCFC - Albany, NY Full Time High School/GED $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly None Day EducationDescription School Behavior Support Worker Sign On Bonus - $1,500 Available shifts - Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - no weekends POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for participating in the design and implementation of behavior support for students. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students and adults. Work with students who demonstrate serious mental and emotional health issues and also exhibit antisocial and explosive behaviors. Intervene to assist classroom staff in managing student behavior and providing support when students require behavioral interventions. Provide immediate one on one support to students who display impulsive behaviors, low self-esteem and impaired social skills. Participate in and foster the schoolwide PBIS program by modeling positive behaviors and interactions with students, as well as student expectations throughout the school. Work with school staff to implement PBIS Tier II and Tier III interventions for students as necessary. Have a thorough understanding and be able to implement Crisis support plans. Demonstrate deescalating skills in assisting students who are losing or have lost control and need adult support to regain self-regulation. Work collaboratively with various school, clinical staff, and family members to develop and implement FBAs and BIPs, and other support plans for individual students. Participate effectively in various team, classroom or other staff meetings using appropriate social skills, problem solving and conflict resolution strategies. Supervise students in a variety of student activities including classrooms, arrival and dismissal, cafeteria, hallways, bus loading and unloading, field trips, and other areas where students gather. Maintain a high level of confidentiality of student information in accordance with agency, state and federal regulations. Accurately complete and return all forms, reports, and other required reporting documentation in a timely manner. Participate effectively in ongoing professional development required by the Agency. New York State and federal regulators. Consult with classroom staff to utilize and implement classroom management techniques to maintain a safe productive learning environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma (preferred Bachelors degree and 6 months of related experience) 5 years' experience in this field CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE TCI trainer certification Drivers license
