The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device ( which will be provided ) to scan products. The work is typically performed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. You would often be given 1-3 days to complete assigned work however some projects do require a specific day or time for collections and may require weekends. Hours per week 6-10 Great Supplemental Income!!! Field intelligence reps will also have the opportunity to receive performance incentive pay when completing causal display work projects. The incentive pay is based on a weighted scan rate and could earn you an additional $1.00 - $4.00 per hour in addition to the base hourly rate. Once the initial one-on-one training is complete, this job provides some scheduling flexibility with the expectation that assigned work is completed within a specified deadline.
