Your Impact We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will contribute to the success of the Global Sales and Commercial Operations Team, applying their expertise in fostering positive customer experiences to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement. The Role The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact between customers, distributors, and service personnel, providing timely sales and service support. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met through accurate order processing and on-time delivery of goods. Job Responsibilities Maintain communications with PMS personnel, distributors, and customers to clarify and acknowledge orders, ensure complete configurations/part numbers, price, payment terms, shipping instructions, and on time delivery. Process invoicing to customers. Process orders received via telephone, email, and fax. Includes data entry to create demand, relieve inventory and produce invoices, packing lists and shipping documents, including air bills, shipper's letter of instruction, required certificates, labels, and process Letters of Credit as required. Complete Export Screening checklist and comply with all export regulations. Work with Accounting dept. to facilitate payment terms and collection issues. Provide regular backup support for other CSR's as needed. Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety. The Role: We are seeking an applied research Scientist Lead with expertise in aerosol particle science, to drive hands-on research and innovation within a growing interdisciplinary team. Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies. Train others in those operations where designated as qualified. Identify and segregate report trends and provide disposition recommendations for non-conforming materials. Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and control. Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. The Role Associate Mechanical Engineer As a part of a team of dedicated engineers and scientists from multiple disciplines. You'll be working alongside other Mechanical Engineers on highly technical products. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing engineering solutions on product enhancement and new development projects. As a member of the team, you will be working closely with senior staff providing mechanical engineering solutions for air and liquid particle counting systems. Specific Job Responsibilities: * Supporting research, new product development, and sustaining engineering activities. * Designing mechanical, opto-mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies * Defining and executing test plans, designing test fixtures, preparing and presenting detailed test reports. The Details Location - This is an "in-office" position 90% - 100% of the time. The remainder of the time you may work from home. These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the manager's expectations for the position.
