The successful candidate will become a member of the senior management team and will work closely with other Partners on decisions about the future of the Company. The Role The successful candidate will have a modern understanding of the professional standards, technology, and data security necessary to lead the tax team and work with other tax Partners to ensure the timely delivery of excellent tax compliance and complex work product. They will have well-developed team management and mentoring skills. The firm has a People First ethic which applies equally to clients and staff. This role offers a quick path to Equity Partner. Core Responsibilities Responsible for at least two hundred complicated accounts, including individuals, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, Fiduciary, Exempt Organizations, and Estates. Preparation of tax projections, complicated financial statements, and other tax planning strategies. Conduct a secondary review of, and have ultimate responsibility for, complex income tax returns, including federal and multi-state filings. Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise. Maintain, develop, and expand client relationships. Essential Functions Work closely with Partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.
