As Management Leadership for Tomorrow pursues our 2022 growth strategy, we are seeking a Director of Partnerships to help manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of organizations in one of several important sectors: Finance/Financial Services, Consulting/Professional Services and/or CPG/Retail. The Role
The Director of Channel and Alliance Partnerships is an indirect revenue-generating role that is responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners within core vertical markets across the United States.The role is responsible for selective new partner recruitment, partner engagement, strategy development, joint partner business planning, and enabling the partners sales resources and supporting sales efforts within Plate IQ and partner organizations. Key Responsibilities
Establish relationships with channel partners and alliances and sign on new channel and alliance partners in an effort to expand our overall sales efforts and attract new lead flow. Build and manage an alliance pipeline through targeted outreach efforts into a nationwide territory within core vertical markets. Collaborate with sales leadership to build and optimize a channel strategy that includes target partners, revenue share strategy, sales process, systems, and other metrics to deliver an accurate forecast to the Senior Leadership Team. Research, identify, qualify and screen potential partners that align with the target partner profile leveraging a consultative approach to convey a compelling business proposition and engage partners and alliances. Oversee onboarding and activation of new partners ensuring partner team members are enabled, equipped, and motivated to sell the PIQ offering within established timeframes. Strategize with high-performing and high-potential partners to develop an annual joint business plan that defines strategies and activities to meet revenue goals. Spearhead monthly partner alignment sessions to review partners pipelines, conduct win/loss analysis, and develop account penetration strategies to identify and build new sales opportunities. Engage cross-functional internal resources and stakeholders (including senior leadership, finance, and operations) in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
