    The Janitor & Clean Room Technician is responsible for performing all routine and specialized cleaning and sanitizing of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”) and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”). The Technicians are also responsible for keeping our general office, break, and restroom areas clean and orderly. This position is a full-time role requiring an ONSITE presence 5 afternoons/evenings per week at our Lynnwood, WA plant which is a cGMP production scale manufacturing facility for our product, Leukine (sargramostim), a therapeutic glycoprotein. Shift: Monday through Thursday - 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday - 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 (DOE) + intermittent overtime. Discretionary quarterly bonus of up to $500 based on attendance and performance for full quarters worked. PTO - 15 days of vacation, 48 hours of sick time, plus 3 personal days, 2 floating holidays and 14 paid holidays over the course of the year. Access to healthcare insurance and 401k with matching. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists Manufacturing team with glass wash operations, including monitoring dirty hold areas, loading and unloading glass washers, labeling and placing clean parts in designated storage, and completing associated documentation. Supports autoclave processes by preparing assemblies, managing expiration dates, removing expired items from storage, loading/unloading autoclaves, and maintaining accurate logs. Aids in the setup and disassembly of Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems for various process equipment. Ensures the facility is cleaned in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining inspection readiness at all times. Oversee timely completion of daily cleaning tasks to support plant startup according to the established schedule. Performs cleaning duties in controlled environments requiring cleanroom gowning. Accurately completes and maintains daily sanitation records for the site. Identifies and reports unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor promptly. Monitors and replenishes cleaning supplies to ensure continuous availability. Uploads completed cleaning logs to the designated online departmental file repository. Complies with all relevant regulations and internal requirements, including SOPs, GMP, Health and Safety standards, WISHA/OSHA guidelines, company policies, and applicable labor laws. Successfully completes all required GMP, Quality, and Compliance training within designated timeframes. Performs additional related duties as needed to support the evolving needs of the organization. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Required: Proven ability to perform physical work on a nightly basis including sweeping, wet mopping, surface cleaning, and trash removal in laboratory, warehouse, administrative, and cleanroom manufacturing spaces. Solid English language skills, both oral and written, are required for this team-oriented role. Willingness and ability to clearly express opinions and ask questions. Comfortable actively participating in team meetings. Proven ability to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures. Possesses the willingness and ability to provide verbal explanations of cleaning procedures to internal auditors if required. Hands on computer skills with proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word and Outlook are essential; ability and willingness to quickly adopt other job-specific applications will be necessary. Preferred: Working knowledge of GMP facilities compliance standards preferred. Experience with Excel and SharePoint. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience working in a Janitorial or similar situation required. Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, the Nursing Educator collaborates with facility/market nursing leadership and staff across departments to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested. The educator acts as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff at Tenet Healthcare. The Nursing Educator implements a comprehensive education program for his/her assigned units while following and contributing to Tenet educational goals and vision.     The Quality Control Analytical Testing group supports the raw material, bulk drug substance (API), drug product and in-process monitoring programs of the production facility and support areas. The group supports manufacturing activities at the Northpointe Facility through testing and release of finished drug product and the analysis and confirmation of the suitability of both the raw materials used in the manufacture of product and in-process materials generated during the different stages of the manufacturing process. The group routinely interacts with production, engineering, validation, materials management, procurement, quality assurance and other QC groups. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Functional: Oversight of daily operations of QC PT/CB lab, supporting testing service needs for Manufacturing, Validation, Engineering & other Quality groups as needed. Supports safe, efficient, functional and compliant laboratories testing operations developed in accordance with site, corporate, and regulatory guidelines. Provides analytical expertise and support for product investigations, continuous improvements, etc. to ensure continued compliance with regulations. Develops and implements Quality Control laboratory systems that support metrics / data trending, management review, subcontractor qualification and audits for Leukine testing. Oversight of departmental training program. Oversight of departmental deviations/CAPA, change controls and laboratory investigations. Supports execution and continuous improvement for Drug Product, Bulk Drug Substance, In-Process and Raw Materials program(s). Oversees sampling and laboratory testing execution ensuring timely results produced meet quality standards and requirements. Identifies and prioritizes implementation of opportunities to improve Quality processes and practices. Works collaboratively with inter-department and cross-functional teams to lead improvement implementations in a timely, effective and compliant manner. Reviews emerging and updated regulations and guidelines, stays current on industry trends and develop and implement gap remediation strategies with guidance from QC Manager, as necessary. Reviews and audits documentation to ensure accuracy, specifications and GMP Compliance. Participates in the development and prioritization of the Organization's/Site's Life Cycle Management Plan. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Required: Provides operational oversight and support for planning, preparation, tracking, publishing, QC, validation, and timely submission of eCTD submissions to global health authorities (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA, MAA, etc.) across the entire product lifecycle. Independently develops regulatory submission documents, including cover letters and forms, for standard submission, ensuring accuracy of content. Leads and coordinates cross-functional teams during routine right-to-operate submissions (annual reports, semi-annual reports, LDR, PMPRB, etc.). Ensures applications and dossiers are prepared to the highest quality standard. Coordinates setup of RIM, authoring templates, and authoring toolbar, and trains internal and external, cross-functional team members, ensuring proficiency in RIM collaborative authoring. Trains and supports internal and external RIM system contributors on the RIM system, author and review processes, and document formatting. Ensures all submission documents are compliant with eCTD technical specifications, including template styles, fonts, margins, etc., according to regional regulatory requirements. Manages and indexes archival activities of regulatory submissions; manages and files regulatory correspondence. Anticipates regulatory obstacles and emerging issues and develops solutions and regulatory strategy accordingly. Leads development and implementation of standards for publishing, archiving, metrics, and submission process to global health authorities. Leads regular submission planning meetings with Regulatory Affairs partners, maintains planned submission calendar, timelines, and submission forecasting, including long-term planning for submission deliverables. Negotiates submission timing with Reg Affairs, cross-functional teams, and publishing vendor when multiple submission timelines compete. Under the Business Administrator role within the RIM system, maintains system structure (e.g., products, applications, submissions, regulatory objectives, clinical trials, and all associations, etc.) to accommodate submission requirements and business needs. Coordinates with external vendors, RIM software Managed Services, IT, and Quality Systems to maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, test, and validate the RIM system. Reviews and updates the RIM user list and available licenses. Supports budgeting and forecasting activities, including managing expenditures related to approved vendor contracts. Ensures appropriate regulatory contracts are executed/renewed on time. Monitors and directs the usage of purchased RIM Managed Services hours, vendor billing (RIM, publisher, and other tools), and reduces expenditures where possible. Cultivates vendor relationships and implements Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) to control costs, mitigate risks, and improve service. Supports and facilitates a collaborative team effort toward meeting Company goals with alignment of PTx values and behaviors.
