The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. The primary objective of the Business Partner is to lead a team of subject matter experts in delivery of high-impact solutions that grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients as well as partner with client business owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies. The Business Partner will collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters involving, but not limited to, cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy. This position is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch. Requirements 1.
