Your Impact

Make our North Star clear: Coordinate the alignment of our people strategies across product areas and drive the integration into an overall Product People strategy; track and monitor progress against it through centralized project planning and reporting of quarterly metrics.

Plan for excellence: Drive the execution, operational rigor and continuous improvement of our core people practices across the Product org -- employee onboarding, talent development, performance elevation, pay planning, internal mobility, etc. Facilitate across our product areas to improve coordination, leverage best practices, and make each area better.

Drive improvement initiatives: Lead projects to solve our most critical people, org, or culture challenges of a rapidly scaling Product team. Collaborate with key stakeholders, gather quantitative and qualitative data, and do your own research to define the problem or opportunity clearly, deeply understand root causes, recommend solutions that are data-led, research-baked or wholly innovative, and drive those solutions through the product org in partnership with the People Business Partners and COE's across the People Team.

Your Responsibilities

Drive the annual planning process across the Product People Team to ensure alignment of a clear and well articulated Product People Strategy. Collaborate across key stakeholders for input and contributions to our strategy doc with detailed implementation plans and timelines.

Own and manage the Quarterly Business Review process for the Product People Team, ensuring comprehensive review of progress and alignment of quarterly priorities. Work closely with our Product People Analytics business partner to link meaningful metrics and insights that focus our actions.

Lead our monthly Product People Team meeting agenda to drive alignment on key priorities, collaboration and execution.

Act as the main point of contact for the Product People Team as it relates to interfacing with COE's on cross People team initiatives and programs, leveraging your deep understanding of the Product org to make corporate initiatives more successful for the Product teams.

Coordinate key programs with COE's and Product PBP's to drive consistency execution of desired outcomes across the Product org. Keep Product PBP's informed of key initiatives, changes, resources, etc. to enable them to better support our businesses and deliver on our strategies.

Lead projects to help us scale up a fast growing Product team. Define the problem, collaborate on objectives/desired outcomes, deep dive into data and research to understand key drivers, identify recommendations, and work with stakeholders to execute solutions.
