Ticketing (Passenger Service) Agent
Meet and greet customers with tickets. Provide assistance to passengers as requested or required. Monitors ticket counter & Self Service Check-in queue activity. Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gates, and baggage service.
PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT : Meet and greet arriving passengers in the claim area; provide assistance and information to individuals meeting arriving passengers. Determine service needs of customers, providing assistance with all baggage issues, including lost articles, lost, damages and pilfered luggage. RAMP SERVICES AGENT : Responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. Including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment, and cleaning of aircraft interiors.
