To become certified for one of the job opportunities:
· $30.00 background check valid for 36 months (this is a 1099 position)
Pay Periods:
· Twice a month (on the 1st and the 15th)
Flat Rate Deduction:
· Amount: $54.75 per pay period
· Condition: This fee is only charged if you are receiving revenue for that pay period.
· Coverage: This fee covers the costs of business operations, including:
§ The client's systems for servicing
§ Bank fees
§ Arise partner fees
§ Direct deposit fees
§ Additional operational costs
Invoice Details:
· The fee will appear on your invoice, which you will receive four days prior to your pay being direct deposited.
No Additional Fees:
· Outside of this flat rate fee, no other fees are taken from your check.
