Overview
The Manager, Security Engineering and Operations, plays a critical leadership role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Director of Security Engineering and Operations, this individual will lead the Security Engineering and Operations team, one of two key pillars in our cybersecurity organization, alongside Cyber Defense.
This role combines technical excellence with strategic execution, driving the design, deployment, and optimization of our security technologies and processes. The successful candidate will oversee the architecture, implementation, integration, and tuning of our security stack to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operations across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
* Security Engineering & Tooling Operations
* Lead the deployment, integration, of core security technologies, including:
* NGFW, EDR, NDR, CSPM, CASB, DAST, SAST/SCA, Vuln Management, PAM, Browser Isolation
* Ensure all tools fully integrated with the SIEM & SOAR for centralized visibility, telemetry ingestion and response orchestration
* Tune and optimize control efficacy across Endpoints, Servers, Network, Cloud and Identity Domains
* Automate Security Operations workflows including playbook execution and incident enrichment
* Application Security & DevSecOps
* Build and operationalize an enterprise AppSec program, ensuring coverage across Static and Dynamic Security testing (SAST/DAST) as well as Software Composition Analysis (SCA).
* Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed into CICD pipelines and agile workflows.
* Champion the adoption of secure coding practices, automated security testing, and shift-left tooling integrations
* Evaluate and manage AppSec toolchains and drive ongoing tuning, ruleset management and developer enablement
* Operational Excellence & Platform Stability
* Ensure High availability, performance, and scalability of security tools and services
* Proactively identify and resolve tooling or integration gaps that could impact risk posture
* Collaboration & Partnership
* Work closely with the Cyber Defense team to ensure comprehensive telemetry ingestion, alert generation based on abuse cases and support for threat detection and response use cases
* Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to embed security into enterprise IT operations and software delivery processes
* Liaise with TechOps, DevOps, Cloud & Engineering teams to enforce security guardrails, validate integrations and operationalize security policies
* Leadership & Strategy
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Security Engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
* Translate business risk and regulatory requirements into technical controls and measurable outcomes

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering or operations leadership roles
* 5+ years experience deploying and managing hybrid network platforms
* Expertise in endpoint protection, cloud security, network defense, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, SIEM, and SOAR technologies
* Hands-on experience with building or leading DevSecOps & AppSec functions across CI/CD workflows
* Strong scripting or automation capability (e.g. Python, Powershell, Terraform or similar)
* Experience in regulated industries such as financial services preferred.
* Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred.

Overview
We're looking for a digital product manager who excels at customer-centric product design and has a knack for rallying teams of engineers and designers to build and deliver simple experiences that make it easy for Patelco members to manage their financial life.
As part of the Digital Delivery organization, you'll be responsible for translating our high-level strategic vision for online banking into a customer-centric product roadmap and lead its execution. As digital product manager, you'll develop the product strategy, lead the day-to-day management of our online and mobile/app products, initiate, and prioritize projects and create the go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
* Own, develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that our online banking services remain competitive.
* Define end-to-end customer experiences, drive requirements, build and manage roadmaps and backlogs, and prioritize the work.
* Lead development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital development life cycle - from research to ideation and prototyping to measuring and iterating.
* Work with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and external partners in an agile environment to enhance our online and mobile products.
* Test and learn through customer research, production tests, and performance analysis to evolve our products and define rollout strategies.
* Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights and experimentation to inform decisions.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
As an experienced Deposit Account Services Senior Specialist, you will be involved in managing and overseeing the financial and account-related aspects of complex accounts. Responsible for researching and responding to complaints, escalations, and quality control findings. Support validation and testing innovative solutions while being intentional towards digital innovation and solutions. This senior level position plays a crucial role managing work assignments, daily reporting, and Data Change review to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. The Deposit Account Services Senior Specialist should have an advanced understanding of all federal and state regulatory compliance, such as California Civil Codes, OFAC, and CIP. This role requires advanced knowledge of subpoenas, levies and garnishments and trust laws that govern credit unions. Manage phone activity and provide phone cover for incoming calls when volume exceeds normal levels.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
Ability to act as a backup on any of the functions as needed: levies and garnishments, zero balance accounts, proxies, privacy opt-out notices, non-resident alien accounts, foreign account reports, safe deposit boxes, VOD/member rating letters, photocopies from various systems and applications, specialty accounts, research requests, B-notices, Social Security reporting, address changes, trusts, subpoenas, Immigration letters and account modifications.
Verification and Documentation: Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement. Identify areas of opportunity through regular inspection to ensure excellent quality of work.
Legal Coordination: Experience collaborating with legal teams to address complex legal issues related to subpoenas, levies and garnishments and trust account handling.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Director, Fraud Risk Management, as part of the second line, is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Golden 1's fraud risk management program; ensuring processes are effective in managing internal and external risks in a manner that is consistent with strategic goals, organizational objectives, and risk appetite.
This role requires a strong, dynamic leader with sound knowledge of business management, and deep knowledge of risk management and best practices. This role, as part of the second line, will establish, maintain, and monitor adherence to enterprise fraud policies and standards that define clear expectations and guidelines for the execution of fraud related activities.
The Director, Fraud Risk Management, will collaborate with various stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, recommend, and drive improvements to enterprise fraud risk management practices and processes across the Credit Union.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
Establish and lead the second line fraud risk management function by providing leadership, innovation, governance, reporting and effective challenge necessary to identify, measure, mitigate, monitor, and report on Golden 1's fraud risk program in accordance with the established risk management framework.
Continuously improve the Credit Union's ability to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate fraud risks throughout the organization and create recommendations on how to integrate controls as part of daily first line operations.
Oversee risk identification activities and processes that continuously identify threats and vulnerabilities, to determine the Credit Union's fraud risk profile. Develop and maintain a detailed enterprise-wide fraud taxonomy that classifies various types of fraud.
As part of the second line, design, implement and execute fraud risk assessment processes, including evaluation of fraud program design and operational effectiveness, and prevention, detection, and response capabilities. Perform independent review and challenge first line assessments and remediation plans.
Assess the impact of new products and initiatives to the fraud risk appetite, conducting reviews and providing effective challenge.
Monitor issues related to Credit Union fraud prevention and detection systems and workflows to ensure internal controls are appropriately designed and operating as intended, ensuring risk mitigation activities support the fraud risk management program.
Develop risk management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report fraud risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework. Establish and maintain appropriate policies, standards, and procedures to support the fraud risk management program.
Develop and maintain a fraud risk management program, including a strategic roadmap for maturing the program that is aligned with the business to mitigate or lessen the impact of current and future fraud risks for Golden 1. Understand the dynamic threat landscape and align activities on an ongoing basis to ensure it addresses the changing risk environment.
Promote a culture of risk awareness by providing and maintaining effective fraud awareness training and ongoing fraud-related communications to all levels of the organization.
Tactfully yet assertively challenge assumptions and perspectives on fraud risks throughout the organization. Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and practices to reduce costs, improve internal controls and/or drive efficiencies.
Engage with senior leadership and provide detailed insights into areas of fraud risk for the organization.
Provide key inputs to risk oversight committees, including creating and updating risk management reports and presentations on the evaluation of the fraud risk management program effectiveness, level and direction of risks, key and emerging risks, and status of previously identified risk and control issues.
Develop standardized metrics and reporting to enable continuous monitoring against program goals. Identify and implement improvements which support the overall maturity and growth of the fraud risk management program. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
Coordinate and collaborate with line of business and support functions (e.g., Operational Risk, Information Technology, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Physical Security, and Finance, Enterprise Project Management Office, among others), to integrate the fraud risk management programs across all areas of the credit union.
Participate in and report on fraud related incident management activities and events managed by the first line in accordance with the Incident Response policy, including the analysis of operational losses caused by fraud.
Maintain current knowledge of fraud domain and fraud risk management industry trends, best practices and techniques that can be practically applied at Golden 1. Partner with external agencies and peer companies to coordinate information exchange and leverage best practices.
Perform other duties as required to support the enterprise risk management program and the business, such as developing ad-hoc analysis, performing deep dive investigations, or driving specific risk initiatives.

Overview
In this senior role, responsibilities include processing and performing complex functions to ensure accuracy of the data necessary to property service Adjustable Rate Mortgages, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, Daily Simple Interest, Balloon Loans, Escrow Analysis, and complex department projects. This position will ensure all loan servicing requirements are met as specified by the investor and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities
* Process ARM loan rate change reviews and notifications to members within investor and agency guidelines.
* Perform ARM research, validate system data compared to loan documents and rebuild accurate loan history for complex loan issues.
* Process ARM index value updates and validate indices.
* Remit and research FNMA investor reporting funds and outages.
* Responsible for working complex exception reports to ensure Spectrum reflects accurate loan data.
* Research and respond to internal and external departments regarding issues related to special loans, Helocs, ARM loans, Bi-weekly, Balloon and Simple Interest loans.
* Assist in resolution of complex escrow analysis issues and respond to CU members.
* Monitor and update loan modifications on Spectrum system.
* Calculate and execute complex loan modification transactions.

Qualifications

Overview
The primary function of the Senior Card Operations Specialist is to provide back-office and claims management support for various card product processes and services. Overview
The Director, Regulatory Compliance is responsible for coordinating and executing the regulatory compliance program of the Credit Union, conducting and maintaining compliance risk assessments, and maintenance of an effective fair lending and regulatory change programs as well as run all phases of exam management. * Develop and Maintain a Fair Lending program including policies and procedures and reporting, third party oversight, executing assessments, e.g., matched pair and regression analyses
* Develop, recommend, plan, and implement compliance standards and procedures to support and meet credit union objectives.
* Disseminate information, answer questions, and be a subject matter expert for the credit union on compliance-related issues.
* On an on-going basis, review laws and regulations that impact the credit union's compliance requirements, including all NCUA regulations and the State of California to consult and advise management on actions necessary to meet compliance deadlines.

* Engage in an ongoing program of education and awareness for Patelco Team Members on compliance and regulatory matters
* Provide guidance to departmental colleagues regarding regulatory compliance concerns and collaboratively resolve noted concerns.
* Assure that compliance issues raised in audits and regulatory reviews are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain communication with outside enforcement agencies, as necessary.
* Oversee Training Program to identify and/or develop training programs to keep staff current on regulatory and compliance issues.
* Consult with the Legal team to address difficult legal compliance issues.
* Annually validate compliance with record retention for every area of the credit union.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience
* 10+ years' experience working in a bank or credit union compliance department
* 5+ years' people management experience
* Extensive knowledge of federal and state banking laws relating to financial institution regulatory compliance
* NCCO Certification (NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer), Bank Certified Compliance Officer (CRCM), or similar certification
* In depth knowledge of TILA, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, FDPA, MLA, SCRA, BSA, OFAC, and/ Fair Lending.

* Strong time management, organizational, presentation, written, verbal, interpersonal, project management, and analysis skills.
* Ability to organize and prioritize information, job tasks and workload to consistently complete all work in a time sensitive manner, with minimal supervision.
* Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within Patelco and external organizations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Excel); CRM is a plus.
Physical Activities/Requirements
* This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco Main Branch (124 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105)
* Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time and may work evenings and weekends.
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Target Base Pay
$83,019-97,660 per year
