Responding to USPTO Office Actions
Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
Conducting prior art, re-examinations, freedom-to-operate, due diligence, patentability, litigation support, and patent searches
What the Law Firm is Looking For:
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding writing and verbal skills
Ability to be self driven and independent

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

The Assistant Route Analyst will assist in identifying route efficiencies and developing strategies to increase route productivity and profitability utilizing RouteSmart software. This position is also responsible to coordinate physical route audits with operations and route auditors in the assigned Region.
Responsibilities of Position:
Establish and maintain audit schedules
Communicate effectively and conduct meetings with Operations Managers and Route Managers/Supervisors to analyze, define, and recommend strategies to increase route productivity/profitability for the individual operation
Recognize current routing deficiencies and suggest improvements based on Data analytics
Create a feedback rich environment by coaching and emphasizing teamwork within the organization
Assist in developing software workaround solutions, as well as new tools, to better serve our internal customers and assist them in meeting their goals
Complete tasks in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
Work with Finance and Operations teams on municipal Pro-formas and implementation of new contracts and acquisitions
Report monthly and quarterly to senior management on progress and success/failures of projects
Other duties as assigned
