Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitative Services or related field
Previous Experience/Work History: Experience working with individuals who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability

JOB SUMMARY:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. To utilize a variety of approaches and interventions such as the Boston University Approach to Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Motivational Interviewing to promote recovery within a residential program as well as provide successful community integration experiences. Provide individualized support and skill teaching in the home and community to promote new role development. Assist individuals in gaining access to needed psychiatric, medical, social, residential, financial and other services appropriate for the individual.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.Provide individual and group psychosocial rehabilitation interventions for service recipients in adult residential treatment program (RTF-A)
2.Engage and support individuals in all phases of the psychiatric rehabilitation process
3.Assist individuals in developing and practicing the skills defined on their individual service plan which may include accompanying individuals to appointments, leisure activities or other activities of interest such as religious, educational or vocational activities
4.Link individuals to community resources and, when possible, peer supports, to promote community integration
5.Collaborate with involved personnel in the community such as Service Coordinators, physicians, other healthcare professionals, employers, faith-based professionals, and others to achieve an individual's goals.
6.Responsible for developing psychiatric rehabilitation goals for inclusion in an individual treatment/service plan, completing progress notes, and annual psychosocial evaluations
7.Consult and collaborate with all team members including clinician, psychiatrist, nursing, residential treatment assistants and supervisory staff on a consistent basis
8.Assist in the development and implementation of psychoeducation and domain related support groups
9.With the individual's consent, engage family members, or other members of the individual's identified support system in the treatment and rehabilitation process
10.Assist individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, financial and other services appropriate for the individual as assigned by the RTF-A team, and, as part of discharge planning, mental health services
11.Provide 24 hour/7 days a week crisis coverage on a rotating basis with other clinical and rehabilitation staff
12.Develop effective crises intervention plans for assigned individuals and revise as changes occur
13.Take appropriate action during a medical incident including calling 911 in community, at the site or when an individual is calling from an alternate location
14.Drive PATH vehicle for program reasons and follow protocols related to using PATH vehicles
15.Participate in quality improvement and data gathering as assigned
16.Complete all required documentation in accordance with PATH policies and procedures.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has agencies that provide 24/7 services to its citizens. The PM Network Operational Monitoring position will provide first line network technical support to employees and business partners by calling the Enterprise Network Operation Monitoring Network Service Desk outside of regular business hours. This position requires a technical individual with a customer-service-minded approach to dealing with Commonwealth Agency staff and IT teams. The individual will work closely with Commonwealth staff, vendors, service providers and IT staff, but must also be able to work independently, multitask by prioritizing and managing their own workload, and able to ensure prompt service and end-user issue resolution.
The NOC Communications Specialist provides after-hour and weekend hours Level 1 Support by performing the skills listed below.
Role Description:
End-user Support:
• Answer inbound phone calls concerning network issues from Commonwealth employees, and LEC/Last User Contract, LUC, vendors.
• Creates and escalates Service Now trouble tickets to Engineers, tier two Commonwealth staff, and/or third-party service providers to ensure the quick resolution of IT/Network issues.
• Works with NOC T2 Engineers, Commonwealth staff and contracted personnel, and/or third-party providers as needed.
• Research and updates reference publications and diagnostic aids to seek information necessary to resolve end-user issues as needed.
• Follows IT Service Desk and Network Operator Knowledgebase procedures and makes recommendations when improvements are needed.
• Promptly and properly escalate high priority issues.
Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Utilize network management tools, such as Solar Winds and Squared up, to monitor remote sites network and hardware.
• Actively monitors the status of Commonwealth networks and attached network assets using established tools and promptly initiates appropriate actions.
• Responds to outages and system failures using established escalation processes.
• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of network incidents, logging all details and prioritization of incidents.
• Escalate after hours incidents to staff for resolution.
• Promptly assign unresolved incidents to higher Tier support or LUC providers to coordinate restoration of service and obtain the necessary information for recording/tracking the outage or degradation of service.
• Coordinate with network staff and various vendors to assist with service restoration based on alarm conditions.
• Actively monitors the Service Now ticket queue.
• Monitors appropriate Commonwealth email accounts for any event messages and initiates action as needed.
• Proactively identifies and resolves problems.
Communication:
• Acts as the primary network contact for Commonwealth employees and business partners outside of regular business hours.
• Perform Enterprise Incident communications using defined process and approved template.
• Monitors the network hotline during coverage hours.
• Issues network status updates using established procedures.
• Follows quality standards and displays strong customer service skills.

Ability to prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and records.
Support the outreach of 211 Violence Prevention Helpline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and databases.
Collect, analyze, and report data related to program outcomes.
Conduct program evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate on special projects for other DSN program initiatives.
Other duties assigned by Tactical and Community Response Director.

Qualifications
Preferred Education:
A bachelor's degree in social work, education, criminal justice, communications, or a related field is required, or a student currently enrolled in a college/university with at least 10 years of relevant working experience is required. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable that has included the completion of a graduate's degree program and the specific experience:
Knowledge of and experience working with Philadelphia communities
Experience in working with community organizations/agencies and high-risk populations is a must.

Position Summary
We seek to hire a highly motivated and talented individual as a program specialist specializing in Philadelphia's Division of Safe Neighborhood's Tactical and Rapid Response Program to coordinate program services and community outreach initiatives.
The tactical program is a collaborative effort that provides essential context for gun violence within the designated police districts' pinpoint and GVI areas to the City's environmental and social service providers. Rapid Response Protocol is comprised of key representatives from the City who can mobilize teams and direct needed services and support to assist victims, witnesses, and others in the community impacted by a recent shooting or homicide that requires a unified crisis response.
As the Tactical and Rapid Response Program Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting various organizational programs' planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring program objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for assuring that the program complies and will report to the Tactical and Community Response Director.
Essential Functions
The Tactical and Rapid Response Program Specialist will be responsible for the oversight, coordination, and quality assurance of the social services provided by the Division of Safe Neighborhoods (DSN), including, among others, the following duties:

JOB SUMMARY
The Prevention Program Specialist is responsible for preparing and overseeing the overall drug and alcohol prevention goals and objectives for the D&A Commission, also known as the Single County Authority (SCA).

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position is responsible for directly supervising a lower-level Prevention Specialist and a D&A Commission Secretary and overseeing the D&A prevention provider network in Lancaster County.
The Prevention Program Specialist is supervised directly by the Executive Director of the D&A Commission.
Work is assigned and monitored through policies and procedures, standard reports, and meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Establishes prevention goals and objectives for Lancaster County, based upon needs assessments and prevention plans.
Coordinates and manages the Performance Based Prevention System (PBPS).
Develops annual programmatic Requests for Information and/or Requests for Proposals for all prevention programs and services.
Creates contracts for prevention services and monitors for compliance.
Interprets and implements program policies, regulations, and procedures.
Provides support and technical assistance to community-based substance abuse prevention projects. Encourages the development of evidence-based prevention programs. Develops and monitors the prevention budget.
Reviews monthly prevention provider invoices for accuracy and assigns funding sources in line with approved prevention budget.
Establishes and maintains liaisons between prevention program efforts and other related human service initiatives.
Supervises and monitors employees assigned to drug and alcohol prevention projects.
Conduct annual site visits of all local prevention programs and submit the results to the state DDAP.
Oversees the publishing of the D&A Commission newsletter and the annual report.
Manages the training and workshops offered through the D&A Commission.
Is the lead employee for the D&A Commission in compliance of office and county policies and procedures. Acts as the in-house human resource officer for the office.
Generates fiscal and client data system reports, for the office to use in planning, utilization review, and outcome measures.
Is responsible for complying with all Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs prevention manual and SCA contract requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
One year as a Drug and Alcohol Prevention Specialist; OR
A bachelor's degree in health education, Education, the Social or Behavioral Sciences or related fields and three years of progressively responsible experience in prevention, including one year in work involving community development; OR
Any equivalent combination of experience or training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of the principles and practices of community organization, personnel administration, accounting and budgeting; and management theory.
Knowledge of the principles of basic supervision.

The Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical billing for client services and clinical services, ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
This role supports the Fiscal Department by maintaining accurate records, managing claims, posting payments, and assisting with bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
Major Duties And Responsibilities:
Medical Billing and Claims Management
• Prepare, review, and submit medical billing for client services and clinical services
• Verify claim accuracy, completeness, and coding compliance before submission.
• Maintain provider and NPI information.
• Assist with obtaining credentialing for providers.
• Post and reconcile insurance payments, ensuring proper application and accuracy.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
• Review and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and address any required adjustments.
• Respond to billing inquiries from insurers, patients, and internal departments. Fiscal and Administrative Support
• Assist with accounts payable processing, coding, and data entry in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile invoices, maintain vendor records, and support month-end reporting.
• Prepare billing and aging reports to support financial tracking.
• Provide general administrative and fiscal support, including filing and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support fiscal operations and compliance.
Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary position that requires long periods of being a seated position and working on a computer. This position may require lifting of up to 20 lbs. May be exposed to outside weather conditions.

Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of medical billing or claims processing experience, preferably in a clinical or non-profit setting, is required
• Experience with QuickBooks and medical billing software (EHR), Required.
• Working knowledge HIPAA regulations.

JOB SUMMARY:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. The Behavioral Health / Intellectual Disability (BH/ID) Specialized Team provides direct care including support, structure, assistance, skill training and therapeutic interventions, for service participants, in collaboration with BH/ID residential staff. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
2 years of mental health experience working with individuals in mental health and/or co-occurring settings
2 years of experience in human services, paid or unpaid, preferably with adults with psychiatric and/or intellectual disabilities

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Maintain a supportive, therapeutic relationship with each service participant
Act as a role model at all times, maintaining appropriate boundaries and demonstrating effective communication skills
Maintain clear and consistent expectations of each service participant while maintaining a safe, supportive environment
Oversee, teach skills and actively assist in the completion of household chores ensuring the home is neat and clean at all times
Assist service participants in developing and practicing skills defined on their individual service plan. This may include accompanying residents to appointments, social activities and/or job opportunities, and other activities of daily living.
Maintain ongoing communication with each service participant's family/significant others utilizing diplomacy and tact and creating a welcoming environment
Coordinate, facilitate and engage in regular social activities with the service participants
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to assist in crisis management interventions, administer CPR/First Aid, and assist individuals with mobility issues as needed.
