Gary Willis is an Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at PathGroup and is based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Gary studied at Western Kentucky University between 1983 and 1986.

Richard Halstead is an Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at PathGroup and is based in Brentwood, Tennessee. He has worked as Vice President Sales and Marketing at BSN Medical, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at PathGroup, and Senior National Sales Director at SANOFI. Richard studied at Marshall University between 1986 and 1989 and University of Charleston between 1982 and 1986.

Experienced Senior Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Operations, Financial Management, Business Development, Customer Service and Strategic Planning.

Mr. Locke joined PathGroup in 2009 and oversees all of the Business Development, M&A and Hospital/Provider Contracting growth initiatives of PathGroup. He successfully served as the Chief Operating Officer of PathGroup from 2010-August 2016 and utilizes his operational experience and relationships to ensure the successful integration of the new business growth into the Company.Mr. Locke has over 27 years of operational, financial and business development experience with healthcare organizations, working in senior management capacities with PathGroup, HCA Physician Services, MDS Diagnostics, PhyCor and Allied Clinical Laboratories. Prior to his healthcare industry experience, he worked as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and was a two-time NCAA All-American and SEC Champion in track and field.

Experienced physician leader and molecular/genomic and clinical pathologist with board certifications in anatomic and clinical pathology, molecular genetic pathology, and hematopathology. Clinical genomics experience includes sign out various molecular and genomics assays including next generation sequencing, array comparative genomic hybridization, IHC, ISH, and PCR-based tests. In my current role, I provide clinical and administrative leadership to Molecular Pathology and Genomic Medicine Operations at PathGroup. I also similarily oversee Medical Operations in Clinical Pathology. Together, this testing represents 60% of PathGroup revenue.

I am also an internal and external consultant to guide molecular test selection and development, adoption of molecular biomarker testing in community practice, algorithmic testing standardization, appropriate molecular test utilization, and corporate molecular business strategy. I am passionate about driving the adoption of value-based Personalized and Precision Medicine and am considered a thought-leader in this space. I have worked with and guided many pharmaceutical organizations including Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Astra Zeneca and Roche.

During my 5+-year tenure at PathGroup, I have led our divisions to national recognition. In 2015, we performed greater than 1 million genomic tests and close to 6 million clinical pathology tests, doubled our net revenues, and achieved global reduction in operational testing costs.

John Finney is a CIO at PathGroup. He has worked as VP Development at Health Development Corporation. John attended University of Georgia between 1967 and 1973.
