The Director is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, developing and coordinating the efficient operation of the assigned laboratories. Expectations include maintaining cost effective and efficient department operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, working with the medical directors and staff to develop, implement and maintain quality standards and improve performance.
Location: Near Moline, OH

Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; at least 5 years prior experience, including at least 3 years in leadership

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage pathology lab operations with a focus on performance, quality, and cost efficiency
Collaborate closely with medical directors and senior leadership
Champion continuous improvement and service excellence
Ensure department meets all compliance and accreditation standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science
ASCP certification required
5+ years of clinical lab experience
3-5 years of leadership/management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
