A Peer Support Specialist is someone who has the lived experience in substance use recovery or has successfully reunified with their children after involvement with the child welfare system. A PSS supports families involved with child welfare by providing peer support, education, mentorship, and healing; promoting hope, recovery, and wellness. A PSS works closely with the assigned K&FT clinician, social worker, and others on the families' treatment team. K&FT uses a trauma-responsive and attachment-focused approach to support families involved with the child welfare system. Services are provided in-home, in-office, and/or via telehealth depending on the families' needs. K&FT provides training, specifically in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI ), an evidence-based model. The Director collaborates with organizational leaders to advance clinical excellence and innovation in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Director brings expertise in clinical behavior interventions and skill acquisition programming, serving as a key liaison between individuals and their support teams to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality services. Core responsibilities include supervising ABA related staff and contractors as assigned, providing ABA consultation to individuals served by PathPoint's Behavioral Day Services, conducting functional analyses and assessments, designing and implementing ABA strategies, and supporting the development and implementation of new ABA related services within PathPoint. Additionally, facilitates adaptive life skills training and provides clinical guidance to associate behavior analysts and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on Behavior Support Plan implementation and documentation. Schedule: M-F 8:00 am -5:00 pm (Variable) Starting Pay: $107,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. K&FT provides training, specifically in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI ), an evidence-based model.
