Make changes to offsets and change/touch off tools. Ability to read and explain Blueprints, Engineering Changes, and Manufacturing Instructions. Mathematics skills: Geometry, Algebra and Trigonometry. Comprehensive understanding of mechanical components, tooling and fixtures. Use of all measuring instruments including Dial Bore Gauge, Micrometer and Comparator. Comprehensive understanding of tool geometries, materials, and coatings. Must be knowledgeable in tooling selection and speeds / feeds. Problem solving skills. Accurately complete all required documents (Router, Production Inspection Report, Programs, etc.). Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area. Must be able to be able to listen carefully to verbal and written instructions. Must be able to load material in and out of the machines. Must keep machine properly maintained. Any other duties as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to squat and kneel on an occasional basis. JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of a Program Supervisor, the Bilinugal Facilitator coordinates the Child and Family Teams (CFTs) and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans. Acts as the liaison between the program and community agencies and individuals such as Mental Health Coordinators/Case Managers, County Social Workers, and Probation Officers.
