For over 20 years, Pathways has provided behavioral health services and support for children, adults and families. Our telehealth, home, school, community-based and workplace services are all tailored to address each client’s individual needs and strengths.
Our services for children, youth, and families include autism services, case management, therapeutic foster care, parent education, counseling, and substance use services.
For adults, we provide behavioral and mental health support, substance use services, case management, workforce development programs, and drug court services.
Through our innovative Pathways at Work program, offered nation wide, we provide customized webinars, discussion groups, and other resources for workplaces of all sizes to help employees manage their behavioral health and emotional well-being.
Our services are provided by behavioral health specialists under the supervision of trained therapists and licensed clinicians. We are continually refining and developing new behavioral health programs to meet our communities’ changing needs. Pathways’ core values are compassion, inclusion, integrity and commitment. The current pandemic and activities to end racism and social injustice remind us daily that our clients’ needs change, but our mission and values do not.
