Job Description Forensic ACT Team Psychiatric Nurse -$1,500 sign on bonus- Make a difference and work for an agency where you matter! The Forensic Assertive Community Team (FACT) Psychiatric Nurse is a clinical staff member of the FACT Community based multidisciplinary treatment team. The Nurse has the lead responsibility for assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; collaborating with medical providers and pharmacies; teaching wellness skills; and providing management and administration of medication under the direction of the team Nurse Practitioner.
