Respite and Family Support Worker: $16.00-$17.00 (depending on related experience) Nature of Work: The Respite and Family Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting families who are caring for a child/youth with disabilities, behavioral health needs, chronic illness or other special needs. They provide short-term relief, advocacy and support to primary caregivers. They spend quality time with children and youth through safe, engaging activities in the home and/or community settings. Learn more about Children and Family Treatment and Support Services Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, high school equivalency, or a State Education Commencement Credential (e.g. SACC or CDOS); and experience working with children/youth and families is preferred.
