Demonstrates knowledge of disease processes, medical terminology, and standard clinical practices. Obtains and documents vital signs, blood pressure, and clinical intake questions. Performs and documents History of Present Illness (HPI), past medical and surgical history, medication history, allergies, and review of systems.
