The patient care tower is a 115,000 square foot, multi-story building with 55 new private patient rooms. This includes a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms in the Surgical Suite, and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department. The new patient rooms have private bathrooms and showers and are more spacious and comfortable for families while visiting their loved one. The new tower creates an even better environment for our patients and caregivers while incorporating the latest technology in healthcare. Caregiver input was a critical piece of the tower design process. Caregivers were involved to help ensure the tower was designed around their workflow, not the other way around. Job Summary The role of the Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) is integral to ARMC's mission to provide quality patient care to our community. Attend required staff meetings and training sessions. Complete documentation accurately and on time. Participate in ongoing Quality Initiative training. Other duties as assigned.
