About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance

Ordering supplies, sterile and non-sterile for different facilities.
Coordinates supply needs between the sites and shares inventory when necessary
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems
PatientCare & Supply Technician Position Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
One to 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
One or more years of patientcare or operating room experience is preferable
Must satisfy credentialing requirements established by health care facilities including vaccine requirements
Obtain and maintain laser certifications including appropriate state(s) licenses as required by law and operational needs as applicable.
Maintain and provide evidence of current CPR certification
Must have a valid driver's license
Moderate computer skills

The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
The home health aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patientscare.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the home health aide include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Providing personal care including: A. Baths B. Back rubs C. Oral hygiene D. Shampoos E. Changing bed linen F. Assistingpatients with dressing and undressing G. Skin care to prevent breakdown H. 8. Doing patients laundry, as appropriate.
9. Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.).
10. Reporting on patients condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.
11. Adhering to the Organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
