Nurse Technician - Emergency Department (ED) - Full-time - Nights

This is a full-time night (11:45PM-7:45AM) located at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, weekends required.
Preferred Criteria
* Minimum one year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
Required Criteria
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program
Nurse Technician/ Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift, move, and position patients of all weights with varying amounts of assistance in a fair manner on a regular and recurring basis including dexterity of fingers, hands, arms and feet with sensory requirements of speech, touch, vision and hearing to normal range with corrections.
